Winter Months

During winter months it is important for all orders to include a heat pack. They can be found under 'Supplies' tab.

Orders that do not include a heat pack are not guaranteed to receive a refund or replacement.

Order Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after your order has been received.

All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that will include your tracking information. 

Plants that are 8" to 10" are shipped separately.
